Robert Shearman Jr Posted October 23, 2019 at 05:19 PM Posted October 23, 2019 at 05:19 PM It takes up to 24 hours for new credentials to reach the network servers, and up to another 24 hours for them to reach the voice servers. This WILL be addressed in the coming weeks / months (no specific ETA on that, really), but, for now it's just an unforunate situation that newly activated or re-activated VATSIM accounts may not be able to sign on and use the network for about 48 hours afterward.
