Welcome one and all to the longest and busiest global group flight on VATSIM, WorldFlight.

WorldFlight started almost 20 years ago in the United Kingdom . The number of teams has since expanded to several countries with official teams situated across Europe, Oceania and the United States of America. This global event spans seven days, flying into airports both old and new throughout all hours of the day with one core goal. To raise money for charity!

VATSIM is pleased to invite all members on the route around the World. Average traffic levels on quieter sectors are in the range of 50 aircraft with many sectors seeing well in excess of 150 aircraft! Come along, show your support for the teams and enjoy exploring some of this year's locations!

The event kicks off at Sydney Kingsford Smith Intl on November 2nd @ 2200z. Expect high traffic levels, professional ATC and plenty of fun as the teams make their way to Christchurch and then onto the world! We'd love to beat the connection record for most aircraft on the first sector and we hope to see you there!

You can find the routing, sectors and times on the WorldFlight Australia website here https://www.worldflight.com.au/operations/schedule/
