Unhandled exception happened in your application

Hi,

 

Installed latest version of xPilot. Win 10 PRO (1903) All updates installed. Cannot hear audio - as soon as I press the mapped key for TX the Exception error message appear. Running xPilot in admin mode and all other dependencies installed. I believe ms.net framework 4.8 is installed in 1903.

The next time you get this exception, click the “Details” button and copy and paste the exception text here. Also, what PTT device are you using?

I use a Microsoft USB Dual Receiver Wireless Keyboard. (PTT Device) Turtle Beach PX22 for mic and standard pc speakers Realtek High Def Audio.

WTF, dude? Don posted the details of the exception this afternoon. Justin volunteered to write this client completely in his free time, and I don't recall him signing a contract saying he had to monitor the forums 24/7 and respond to all support requests within an hour.

 

If you'd rather use Swift, fine, use Swift. Justin might even offer a full refund of every penny you paid for xPilot, if you lose the entitled attitude and ask nicely.

Don, do you show your PTT device in your xPilot config file (by default, it's located in %localappdata%\xPilot\AppConfig.xml)? You should see something like this:

Can you try unplugging all your peripheral USB devices except for your mouse and keyboard and try again? If that works, then start plugging in your additional devices one by one and pressing your PTT key until it throws the exception.

I'll try that the coming weekend. Kb/mouse combo runs on one Bluetooth port, Logitech Extreme 3 D Pro and Turtle beach Headset on the other two.

Hi,

 

I have tried that but the error pops up almost immediately on pressing a key on the kb. Continued with a clean install of xPilot and on running the program I noticed this red message in the main interface together with the same Unhandled exception message pop-up.
