Martin Georg 811874 0
Hello Terrence, phraseology is (at least partially) region-specific. May I ask where you fly? best regards, Martin Georg

Ruth McTighe 824054 0
welcome Terrence. Have a look at www.vatsim-uk.org for the UK stuff. Also, the CAA docomeent (CAP413) is the definitive guide for the UK, and we try to stick to it as far as possible. You will find it at http://www.caa.co.uk/publications/publicationdetails.asp?id=247 If you are into VFR lfying, then there's some very nice training docuements at http://www.cixvfrclub.org.uk/training.htm see you online! Joerg Stenger 813658 0
Ruth, Thanks so very much for your links!!! I'm going to fly the south-coast of England VFR in the next month or so and I have looked desperately on the Vat-UK site for local airpsace structure and so on. Thanks again for providing those links - we'll be there when the winter is over (and hopeflully with SB3/FSInn so we can have "real VFR" ) Best Regards, Jörg -- Been there, done that, got the t-shirt. Andre Koch 852831 0
Gents, knowing Joerg personally, I can [Mod - Happy Thoughts]ure you that his announcement to visit you is to be understood as a threat. You may want to consider placing a Flak or two along his flightpath, just to be on the safe side... Cheers, Andre Koch Director VACC-SAG [email protected]
