Barry Weissburg 1324765 Posted October 31, 2019 at 09:09 PM Posted October 31, 2019 at 09:09 PM The symbols representing atc facilities on map don’t open when touched on my iPad like they used to. Is anybody else having this issue? Or know the cause? Thank, Barry

Barry Weissburg 1324765 Posted November 1, 2019 at 05:32 AM Author Posted November 1, 2019 at 05:32 AM Until recently I could touch an ATC symbol in an active region on VATMAP and an info window would open for that facility. In which a brief description of the facility name and which member was on duty, etc. Now, when I touch the symbols on my iPad the information window does not open. It was nice to see who I was communicating with, but now I can’t. Sad.
Board of Governors Don Desfosse Posted November 1, 2019 at 10:45 AM Board of Governors Posted November 1, 2019 at 10:45 AM VATMAP is an app that someone made and put up on the Apple Store. It's their creation, a nice app, but not any kind of official VATSIM app/map. I'd suggest you reach out to the developer directly. We've been told it;s something IT try to fix, but it happens again. Tristan Garratt VATPAC C1
