Applications are being accepted as of today and will continue through Sunday, September 3rd. Job duties include: - Reports directly to the ZAU ATM for [Mod - Happy Thoughts]ignments and updates - Creating and organizing new and exciting events to attract pilots to the airspace - Leading these events that are organized - Communicating with VAs and other ARTCCs to [Mod - Happy Thoughts]ist in events - Works with the staff and controllers of ZAU to keep coordination during events Applicants should meet the following criteria: - S3 rating or higher - Have some experience with organizing and leading activities (real world or virtual) - Highly motivated, reliable, and maintains a strong online presence - Excellent communication and teamwork skills - Be in good standing with VATUSA - Does not need to be a member of the ARTCC, but will be requested to transfer if chosen as this is a staff position If you are interested in applying for the position, please send an email to atm(at)zauartcc.org with an application attached as to why you would make the perfect events director for ZAU!
