[RESOLVED] VPilot Audio Error "Unauthorized"

AFV had been working just fine with VPIlot since install. Today, VPilot connects but error message states Unable to connect to voice server with error message:

Error connecting to voice server: Connect failed (Unauthorized- ("type":https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc7235#section-3.1", "title":"Unauthorized", "status": 401,"traceId":"242db9d5-4f6216eab71295c0."))

 

I reinstalled AFV to be sure I had the latest version (even though it has been automatically updating prior to this) and received this error message when I reconnected to VPilot:

 

Error connecting to voice server: Connect failed (Unauthorized- ("type":https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc7235#section-3.1", "title":"Unauthorized", "status": 401,"traceId":"242dcfc6-4f6216eab71295c0."))

 

Only difference in the two is the trace Id.

 

I have made no changes to the login information, p[Mod - Happy Thoughts]word is the sdame I have been using since first install of AFV for VPilot on 10/14.

Roger, I'm 100% sure your credentials (CID and/or p[Mod - Happy Thoughts]word) aren't written in exactly the same way in vPilot and on the standalone. Could you please wait until 1300z tomorrow and then clean your CID & p[Mod - Happy Thoughts]word on both clients, copy your p[Mod - Happy Thoughts]word ONLY ONCE (so we can ensure it's exactly the same thing you put in) and paste it into both clients?

Thank you Nestor.

 

I did re-eneter my login information and now both clients are working. Why they both worked before and then inexplicably (to me anyway) ceased to work is a slight mystery but since they are both working now I will not waste time dwelling on it.

 

The help was most appreciated.
