Connected on VRC but can't hear pilots

Hello,

 

I've been controlling for 5 hours the past 3 days, but I can't hear the pilots. I have speakers and I have the volume up. I don't have a microphone and I can't use a microphone because I am not able to talk verbally. When I connect it says no input device found on system. Can someone help, please?
