Since I am OBS rated I followed the instruction for transferring https://www.vatsim.uk/community/vt-guide) and opened a ticket on the helpdesk. The Bug: - I'm able to reach the page http://helpdesk.vatsim.uk and click on the open ticket button. - I'm then redirected to the following URL https://helpdesk.vatsim.uk/login.php?code=***** where ***** is a long hexadecimal string (I suppose it's some sort of authentication token). - I'm presented with an error page from google chrome (This page isn't working). - The actual response from the server is a 422 HTTP error (Unprocessable Entity) and an HTML payload (if you need it I can provide it). I was unable to contact the web department via email to report this bug and I can't use the helpdesk as well, so I'm writing here to try to find a solution. Thanks for your help.
