I'm cross posting this to the xpilot forum. Myself and several other people are currently suffering from the same issue as can be seen here: viewtopic.php?f=158&t=80512

 

This appears to be related to xpilot specifically. Any help over here?

This error is originating from the AFV servers, not from xPilot. Something is wrong with your VATSIM credentials (e.g. a database synchronization issue).

Thanks for clarification Justin. The only info I've found somewhere points to p[Mod - Happy Thoughts]word issues etc which don't seem to be the case for any of us so far.

 

Backend DB sync issues make sense. Is the AFV auth separate to the VATSIM connection? I can see controllers on the frequencies and see ATIS etc, this is just related to voice.

Yes. The AFV server syncs with the server that sends out membership data only once a day at this time, at 12Z. It is a known issue in queue for improvement.
