Hello,

I've been trying to use the new audio system this last weekend with no succes. I did read FAQ, youtube tutorials, .... i'm out of ideas. I've updated windows (now .Net framework version is 4.8...i tought this was the solution, but not).

I did the test with Xpilot as well as with sqwackbox and the AFV, ...was carefull to not have both working at the same time, with both softwares i get the same error as listed on the subject: Error conecting to voice server: already allocated waveinopen.

On Xpilot that error is shown on the text window when i log in, ....when using Sqbox and AFV i get the error when i am setting up the mic and output device, ...in the moment i select the output device i get that error.

Off course that...i'm not listening anything, but normally connected to the network, see the planes, ...etc.

If someone can help me, give me some clue .... i would be very thanfull.

Solved.

For those who have the same issue.... in my case i have Focusrite USB device, ..i updated the drivers, uninstalled realteck drivers, nvidia audio drivers..... disabled on board audio in Bios setup. Any way, i won't do anything more but what i think solved the issue was updating drivers.... was the last thing i did, till then was not able to work, ... the problem seemed to be with Focusrite, because when i selected on AFV another device (the onboard for example) i managed to listen atc.
