It takes a couple days for updated account information (new accounts and p[Mod - Happy Thoughts]word changes) to get around to all the network servers, and the voice server is usually the last one to get the updates. If that doesn't help, make sure there's not a space at the end of your username or p[Mod - Happy Thoughts]word when you enter it.
