Rares Vernica Posted January 19, 2020 at 01:44 AM Posted January 19, 2020 at 01:44 AM I got xPilot 1.1.9.1 installed. When xPilot is *not* running, X-Plane ATIS is not working. This was an issue in an earlier version but was addressed in a later version (earlier than 1.1.9.1). It appears that this problem came back. Justin Shannon Posted January 19, 2020 at 03:20 AM Posted January 19, 2020 at 03:20 AM There’s an option in the xPilot menu within X-Plane to enable the default ATIS. Does enabling this option turn on the default ATIS for you? Controller (C3), Los Angeles ARTCC Developer: xPilot, vATIS
Rares Vernica Posted January 20, 2020 at 08:43 PM Author Posted January 20, 2020 at 08:43 PM Oh, I see. I found that option. So the intention is to turn that Off and On every time I fly with or without VATSIM, respectively?
Justin Shannon Posted January 21, 2020 at 01:58 AM Posted January 21, 2020 at 01:58 AM xPilot will automatically disable the X-Plane ATIS when connected to the network. You can override this by using the option in the settings. Controller (C3), Los Angeles ARTCC Developer: xPilot, vATIS
