Brad Littlejohn Posted January 11, 2005 at 08:23 PM Posted January 11, 2005 at 08:23 PM Hi all. I found the oddest thing yesterday. When using FSNav to create a route from virtually anywhere to the San Diego area (KSAN, KSDM, KSEE, etc) I find that no airports are listed anywhere in FSNav for that area, geographically. I have them in the SIDs and STARs, but no actual airport area. So I go to check in FS9.1 proper, and notice that KSAN isn't there either! Admittedly, I've added a slewful of scenery, so to play it safe, I copied the whole FS9 directory structure to a different location, and reinstalled FS9 from scratch, with everything default. Once again, no San Diego area airports nor scenery. Does anyone know where on the CDs the scenery for San Diego is? It baffles me that it isn't there in FS9 proper, as it's a major player in the SoCal area. BL. Brad Littlejohn ZLA Senior Controller
Lennart Vedin Posted January 12, 2005 at 01:27 AM Posted January 12, 2005 at 01:27 AM In my FS9 (original) KSAN is there with runway tower and everything. I have not add on scenery at all there. As well it's in my FSNav. > reinstalled FS9 from scratch Make sure after uninstall, delete all files "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Flight Simulator 9" and "C:\Docomeents and Settings\\Application Data\Microsoft\FS9", then reboot, and then reinstall. / Lennart Vedin /
