David Veillette 1466016 Posted February 4, 2020 at 01:10 AM Posted February 4, 2020 at 01:10 AM For some reason I am unable to connect to x plane with xpilot. I use X plane Steam edition and I get this message: "xPilot is unable to connect to X-Plane. Please make sure X-Plane is running and a flight is loaded." Hope someone can help me with this. Justin Shannon Posted February 6, 2020 at 03:37 PM Posted February 6, 2020 at 03:37 PM Make sure xPilot isn't blocked in your Windows firewall. xPilot uses UDP port 49000 to read X-Plane datarefs; if xPilot is unable to read this data then it will fail to establish connection. George Trifillis 827954 Posted February 12, 2020 at 07:01 PM Posted February 12, 2020 at 07:01 PM Hi everyone! Unfortunately am facing the same problem. I have already allow ALL UDP TCP Ports from my Firewall. Are there any other settings in XP that will allow or can stop the connection? Thanks!
