Somehow I ended up with flight plans that include VoiceType="" which XPilot doesn't accept unless that value says Full (not sure what for RX/Text). I'll file a bug report with LNM but a suggestion - XPilot could reach such flightplan and either not check one of the Voice radio buttons, or default to All.
