Marvin Burkartsmaier 14678 Posted March 15, 2020 at 02:08 PM Posted March 15, 2020 at 02:08 PM Hello, i recently switched to a new USB interface (Steinberg UR 22 mkII). Now my microphone isn't working at all in xPilot. It's working fine with every other software. Microphone and output device is set. I can connect to the voice server and recieve voice. I also can transmit but the peak level indicator isn't moving a single bit and i remain silent. The internal soundcard is working fine with xPilot, i don't know what could cause this problem
Marvin Blauth 1479777 Posted March 19, 2020 at 04:35 PM Posted March 19, 2020 at 04:35 PM I have the same issue. Also with an external soundcard. One time I got it to work, aimlessly restarting xpilot, not changing any settings. I have not been able to reproduce this, though.
Marvin Blauth 1479777 Posted March 21, 2020 at 05:52 AM Posted March 21, 2020 at 05:52 AM I think I found the systematic problem. I used two different sound cards for input and for output. Apparently you need to set them both to the same card (a bit inconvenient for me, but doable). Also once this is set, x-pilot has to be restarted for it to recognize any input.
