How can I sort this out... It seems to happen at random intervals all of a sudden with no issues with frames.

There's a lot of this in the log... the dialog appears and I'm booted off xPilot

Looks like it could possibly be a sound driver issue.. will re-install driver and try again.

The error freezes xPlane which in turn halts the xPILOT connection

Possibly not xPilot at all.
