Kyle Ramsey 810181 Posted September 20, 2006 at 01:05 AM Posted September 20, 2006 at 01:05 AM We’ve improved the study guide section with new information, redone the policies and guidelines sections in an easier to read format, devoted a section entirely to the Training Academy, and created all new written test for promotions from S1 to C3 as well and a new Instructor upgrade exam.
