Thomas Parker Posted September 22, 2006 at 12:33 PM Posted September 22, 2006 at 12:33 PM This is meant to be something amusing. We all know Austin strives for the highest level of realism. I'd say he's achieved it almost. I went to go do a night flight the other night. When I started up X-plane, my cockpit was pitch black. So dark, I couldn't even find the battery switch to turn on the cockpit lights. I needed to turn on the night-vision goggles to get myself started. Now, in the real-world, I don't have enough money to buy night-vision goggles. If he really wanted to make it realistic, he'd give me a virtual mag-lite to go poking around the cockpit. It took me about 10 mouse clicks to finally hit that battery switch! Tom
