vERAm Push to talk

Recommended Posts

Hello

I have the MFG crosswind pedals and I'm trying to register one of the pedals as the push to talk key. However, because the MFG crosswind registered as the game device, I'm able to directly register the button but when I go to ERAM audio section to register the button, it doesn't work but it worked both with my throttle and stick buttons. I have tried joker but it seems to do nothing so far. I don't know what to do and need some tips on this.

Keep up on the good work and we could use another update on two on the erams

Gia, I have some good news for you. I have recently embarked on the journey of solving this exact same issue with my MFG pedals and AFV standalone client. It requires 2 different applications. vJoy and UCR.

UCR can be found here: https://github.com/Snoothy/UCR/releases (be advised you will need to unblock certain components after downloading, it should do it automatically the first time you open)

vJoy can be found here: http://vjoystick.sourceforge.net/site/index.php/download-a-install/download

This is my configuration within UCR:

Then this mapping is set up for both the X and Y axis on my pedals. Make sure you click play button in top left to enable these mappings.

In vJoy (which is the default configuration, just enable vJoy checked in the bottom left):

Once this is all configured, go in your AFV client and set your PTT button by pressing either pedal, then enjoy :).

If you have any issues, you know where to find me.
