A restore to the last backup was required. Nearly 100 tickets, over the course of several hours, were likely lost (or status updates and messages within the tickets were lost). The Membership team is working to clean up the "reopened" tickets, and the Web team is looking into why the upgrade failed and what should be done next. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
