Patrick Maartense Posted April 17, 2020 at 07:41 PM Posted April 17, 2020 at 07:41 PM I now had three times already that xplane quite , but only halfheartedly leaving me logged on to vatsim ( something to do with extplane.... ) this has now caused a 24 ban for me ( no words for that super visor ) (while sitting on the ground parked for 16 hours during my night) since I drive a hardware driven cockipt I do shutdown everything in the panels before I quit xplane now would it not be nice to have a DREF that says : xpilot: disconnect ( cmd would be great) , that way I could add that to my avionics switch
Justin Shannon Posted April 17, 2020 at 07:58 PM Posted April 17, 2020 at 07:58 PM There is a dataref that xPilot publishes that indicates the network login status ("xpilot/login/status"). A value of 1 would indicate that xPilot is connected to the network. A value of 0 would indicate that xPilot is disconnected from the network. Controller (C3), Los Angeles ARTCC Developer: xPilot, vATIS
Patrick Maartense Posted April 18, 2020 at 07:32 AM Author Posted April 18, 2020 at 07:32 AM yes I saw that, but i think this is readonly i meant the other way around, so that if I flip the avionics switch to OFF it would also disconnect xpilot (like with xhsi you can actively shutdown connect clients)
