Invalid CID

Hi all,

New user here. I downloaded, configured and installed vPilot. Everything seemed okay until I tried to connect. My VATSIM CID/password log me into the site but not the client. Any ideas?

Did you double check and made sure your CID and/or password were entered correctly?

Another possibility is the aftermath from the network outage yesterday, I could not connect whatsoever to VATSIM, it was due to a technical issue which was fixed a couple of hours later.

Yeah, I entered it by hand to be sure that no extra characters were added.

Welcome on Vatsim Howard!

you did nothing wrong, but the Servers need up to 48h to get your Credentials. Take the time to read and to familarize with the Network.
