Join us this Saturday 23 May for our Garden Route event from Cape Town International Airport to Port Elizabeth International Airport. Whether you feel like heading down to your local flight club to take a Cessna out for a spin, or you are an airline pilot flying passengers to their destination, both airports will be able to cater to your needs. Cape Town International Airport is situated in the beautiful bustling city of Cape Town South Africa which is a melting pot of different cultures and cuisine, and is home to some of the world's most critically acclaimed winelands.

Port Elizabeth is a small city located on South Africa's Eastern Cape, with soft sandy beaches and many tourist attractions. Port Elizabeth International Airport handles VFR traffic, as well as scheduled daily airline flights
With ATC coverage from ground up to center along the whole route, this will be nothing short of an adventure. With the added challenge of a short runway at Port Elizabeth airport, you better plant that plane down on the asphalt before you end up in the bushes! Both IFR and VFR are welcome, as well as all pilots and aircraft types. We hope to see you there.

Start time: 13:00z (3pm local time)

End time: 15:00z (5pm local time)
