You can read about PRC, what it contains, where it is located, and how to get account at Topic "Announcement: VATSIM Pilot Resource Center (PRC)" link: http://forums.vatsim.net/viewtopic.php?t=137 In that topic you also have most common troubleshooting for the software. Take your time to read and follow the PRC with care, and you probably will have no problems.
