Hello friends, the summer has come and it is time to travel for our holidays.

BGvACC is ready to welcome all summer traffic to our holidays airport Varna (LBWN) which is based in east-north part of Bulgaria.

The airport is a small one , it has 24 stands (4 stands for heavy aircraft), two terminals and one runway 09/27. The airport has a very nice visual approach for runway 27. If we are using 27 you need to have knowledge for VORDME and RNAV procedures too, in case the weather requires to use runway 27. If you don't know anything about VORDME or RNAV, don't worry we have runway 09 equipped with ILS CAT 1.

Due to the limited capacity of the airport it is possible to have short delays before landing, but our ATC team will do their best to prevent this from happening. In case you don’t want to be held in the sky above Varna, Burgas airport (LBBG) will be ready to welcome traffic with full ATC staff.

We recommend you to have the sceneries and charts for Varna and Burgas. You can find them in links below:

Lastly, this summer holiday event will be held on 29th of May 2020, from 15:00z to 19:00z.
