Unable to Hear ATC

When I connect to the network, I can see other aircraft around me, and apparently ATC can hear me when I transmit (the blue TX light does illuminate). However, I can't hear ATC or other aircraft, and when I tune to an ATIS frequency I just get the P3D ATIS voice. The RX light does not illuminate.

I've read that there's a port forwarding issue involved with this sort of issue, and I believe I have addressed that, but it didn't solve the problem. What else should I be trying? For what it's worth, I'm having the same problem with xPilot as well.

What do you mean the RX light does not illuminate, is it greyed out? If so, I'll attach a previous answer.

No, it's not greyed out, it's just not lighting up. Here's what I'm seeing.

I can see messages that ATC sends me or other aircraft, and they can hear me, but I can't hear them.

Same problem here. RX lights up but no voice available. I did not change anything, worked perfectly some days ago. No update at all.
