ROvACC invites you to fly on one of the most important secondary airport in Romania: Cluj-Napoca (LRCL) airport. Come and fly this Friday, 29th of May 2020 between 17z to 20z.

Cluj Napoca airport in situated in Transylvanyan part of Romania and has a single runway of 2000m lenght with one beutiful RNAV approach on runway 07 over the city or standard ILS approach on runway 25 depending by wind condition.


You can expect full ATC over Romania. Napoc Approach is the biggest class C TMA in Romania wich control 3 airports: LRCL, LRSB and LRTM. That means you can fly also VFR into TMA Napoc using the designed VFR Routes, If you want to avoid traffic coming into LRCL we suggest you to fly either to Sibiu (LRSB) to admire the Carpathian Mountains or to biggest airport in Romania Bucharest Otopeni (LROP) wich will be also full staffed.


In this period weather is very rainy in Romania so we expect that your approach and departure into TMA Napoc to be very challenging avoiding bad weather around.
