Around the World With Cessna 172

Recommended Posts

Dear vatsim friends.
After 11 years of vatsim, I made the decision to go around the world with the cessna 172. I believe this will be the biggest and most fun challenge I have had so far on virtual flights.
I will use this topic to keep information on flights and dates up to date and I would like to take this opportunity to invite everyone who wants to participate in this great adventure.
All flights will be streamed online through my channel on twitch, so you can follow us by watching as well.
I am Brazilian and my main language is Portuguese, but everyone who communicates in English will be very welcome and I will give due attention like everyone else.
Now I’ll use some of this space for Brazilian readers

Congratulations!  I wouldn't even begin to try such a thing.  What I am doing though, since you are in my favorite area of Antonio Jobim, which is also available on steam EVERY DAY, is checking my fuel @ Miami to Rio de Janeiro in my Concorde. Maybe I'll get it right. 🙆‍♀️

If it's of any interest, I have an aircraft carrier, that anybody can get, which could be set up anywhere in the world, underway, for you to land the cessna. In such a case, you would have your bags already packed in order to cruise to whatever location would be to be your take off point. Since my system freezes alot, it really doesn't matter. Rio de Janeiro has the static carrier scenery, which wouldn't be of any interest in your case, unless just to practice landing. Like I said, anybody you know could get the moving carrier if it was of any interest in your case.
