Trevor Hannant Posted July 2, 2020 at 01:03 PM Posted July 2, 2020 at 01:03 PM Was waiting on this over on the UK forum 🙂 Have you tried searching for '0xc000007b' on Google - there's LOTS of results for what that may be and how to fix... Darren Faux Posted July 2, 2020 at 05:22 PM Author Posted July 2, 2020 at 05:22 PM Yeah tried them all with no luck which Is why I posted here. I got fed up with not being able to get it to work so I sacked it off and reinstalled it. The only problem now is that it wont save any of my settings. I move boxes about the screen. Save everything on exit and when I go back in its not saved anything! What a complicated nightmare piece of software!!
Trevor Hannant Posted July 2, 2020 at 07:16 PM Posted July 2, 2020 at 07:16 PM Check your Settings File Setup dialogue - do the files exist in those locations? Is that folder writable or read only? Trevor Hannant

Trevor Hannant Posted July 3, 2020 at 09:37 AM Posted July 3, 2020 at 09:37 AM In ES go to: Other Set > Settings File Setup Are the file paths in the 'File name' box correct? Do they have a valid path to the files from the UK pack? In Windows Explorer, navigate to one of these file's location and right click on on it then select 'Properties'. Is the Read Only box ticked or unticked? Trevor Hannant
Darren Faux Posted July 3, 2020 at 10:06 AM Author Posted July 3, 2020 at 10:06 AM So should everything in the 'settings type' box point to the UK pack ? I just find this software so confusing!

Darren Faux Posted July 3, 2020 at 03:59 PM Author Posted July 3, 2020 at 03:59 PM (edited) Yes I have tried that too but to no avail. I have just spent the afternoon setting up windows again after having reset it. It's been a slog! ...... and ES still will not save any of the settings that i change. What is going on?
