[12 July 2020 12-20z] Varna Realops

This summer for first time in Bulgarian VATSIM skies, we arrange Real Ops Event. It is going to be on 12th of July 2020, from 12:00z till 20:00z time on one of the sunniest airport in Black Sea West region Varna International Airport – LBWN.

The purpose of the event is to simulate the real schedule of summer traffic of Varna airport. We have chosen frame of 8 hours to catch the peak of arrival and departure flight, which are close as possible to their real counterpart.

Once you book your flight you will receive one mail for confirmation and after that in 24 hours you will receive another one mail with brief information of your flight (flight plans, stands, procedures etc.).
If you want to cancel the booked flight, send a mail to us from contact form.

Hi Daniel,

is this XP11 Freeware or even the default XP11 also acceptable? https://forums.x-plane.org/index.php?/files/file/61653-varna-airport/
At least that got an update lately and the XP10-payware is already some years old.
Tried to use the contact form on the page but it did bring errors.

Also it is mandatory to use the charts sent by you via email to book a flight - any problems with people using up to date RL charts like Lido, Jeppesen or out of EAD?
To be honest I'm pushed off by some of these "rules" - I get the reasoning behind them (You want prepared pilots and a realistic environment) but they are to tightly formulated in my eyes. I will then rather stay away than knowingly not comply to the rules I would have to agree to (and even have to spend money for scenery)...
