Dear friends,

during some of my flights, I saw that other pilots were landing on wrong runways,

not caring the wind's direction. I wanted to help those pilots, to have them land safely.

This also complies to friends that are departing from wrong runway.

Sometimes, I even feel hard to choose the true runway. You can download the program from the link I wrote.

I hope this works for you.

This program also includes the METAR info. This info is retrieved from Internet online as

you will see in the program.

By the way, please be aware while installing the program. The installer shouldn't change your dll files, even this program has been tested by several friends, they reported no over writings, warnings etc.

This program is FREEWARE, if anything goes wrong, or something happens you didn't expect, the responsibility is yours, not the author of the program.

So, how does it work?

How SHOULD it work? I [Mod - Happy Thoughts]ume ATC will tell me which runway I must use when they are there, but when they are not, I just check the wind and choose the runway closest to the wind direction. If I only have an approach plate for a different runway, and the wind is not too much (<30 knots?), I'll just use whatever.

I'm not going to take a chance on installing something from some unknown source for that.

You already have an ongoing thread here

Should try to keep it in just one forum.
