Alan Chamberlin 814960 Posted November 11, 2006 at 04:31 PM Posted November 11, 2006 at 04:31 PM Hi Josh, You might consider correcting your banner which states the event is from 0000z to 0300z on Nov. 11 which is 1700-2000 MST Nov. 10 (the previous day). I think you meant to say 0000z-0300z Nov. 12 which would be 1700-2000 MST Nov. 11. Personally, I think it's most helpful to pilots to see event date/times in both local time and zulu. Just a friendly suggestion.
Josh Rosard 879188 Posted November 12, 2006 at 02:13 AM Posted November 12, 2006 at 02:13 AM True, we converted the time but left the date in mountain time.. sorry about that Josh Rosard ZDV PPL ASEL
Craig Batt 904268 Posted November 12, 2006 at 05:19 AM Posted November 12, 2006 at 05:19 AM It was an enjoyable event. Thanks to all that participated. Pilots did a wonderful job. The "Rocky Mountain Rumble" is just around the corner folks. Last Jan, vZDV had around 500 flights for the entire day. I hope that number can be met or exceeded this time around. Nicholas Bartolotta 912967 Posted November 12, 2006 at 05:32 AM Posted November 12, 2006 at 05:32 AM Really fun - I was AMT592 from Midway! The "Rocky Mountain Rumble" is just around the corner folks. Last Jan, vZDV had around 500 flights for the entire day. I hope that number can be met or exceeded this time around. As I know Josh is always pleased to hear - the Rocky Mountain Rumble was by far the best event I've been to on VATSIM. You can bet your bottom dollar I will be to this next one! Robert Cosgrove 936059 Posted November 12, 2006 at 04:29 PM Posted November 12, 2006 at 04:29 PM For the short time I was there before my Internet left me, great job to all the pilots! The event always runs more smoothly when pilots know how to fly and have the charts and can even accept re-routing! So thanks to the pilots that made this happen, and lets do it better at the Rocky Mountain Rumble. Bobby Cosgrove
