Antonio Coelho Posted July 19, 2020 at 05:50 PM Posted July 19, 2020 at 05:50 PM Hello everyone I have two hard disks, one SDD with the Operating System and prepar3d and other applications, which have little free space, and the second disk, an HDD with more free space. First question, can I install the FLAI library on the second disk? if so, how do i get vPilot to recognize this data? (Sorry for the question, but as I will migrate to VATSIM I have some doubts for beginners) Thank you
Koen Meier Posted July 21, 2020 at 11:15 AM Posted July 21, 2020 at 11:15 AM Which p3d version are you running. if it is p3d v4 or v5 then you can use the addon.xml metthod which will allow you to place the flai folder anywhere on the PC. vpilot will recognize the path after you added the addon to p3d. Ross Carlson Posted July 21, 2020 at 04:52 PM Posted July 21, 2020 at 04:52 PM As long as the model set is installed into P3D properly, then vPilot will recognize it. You don't have to tell vPilot where you installed models. It discovers your models by scanning your P3D configuration.
