Hello Deon,

The event information posted above is now final. It can be posted onto the event calendar as is.

The only information that will be updated includes, flight advisories for pilots, and the oceanic portion of the route, which cannot be finalized at this time, as in the case with the routes for Cross The Pond.

Like CTP, we have a system in place to deliver these routes before the event, but it is always helpful to update those routes for those who cannot receive them via email. We do appreciate it if you can help with that.

I updated it to state "more info will be provided". If you have any question please let us know.

Thanks again for your help,

Yilin Wang

Please note that we will be doing a live route discussion and (preliminary) flight briefing at today about 1500 zulu time. All welcomed to join us on discord

Agenda:

  • Route discussion, including the final decision on most, if not all parts of the flight plan route
  • A preliminary meteorological outlook for flight
  • Briefing on special procedures pilots can expect (incl. oceanic comm procedure and requirements for high terrain driftdown analysis)

All planning staff will be present. All pilots are strongly encouraged and ATC facility managers welcomed to join.

A recording will be available after the meeting.
