Tom Knudsen Posted August 13, 2020 at 02:11 PM Posted August 13, 2020 at 02:11 PM (edited) Had a CTD when rolling onto gate on my last flight, the log file indicated a plugin and the latter of the log states X-Pilot So 1) I wonder if anybody else have experienced this and 2) what can be done to avoid it. Have never had at CDT due to it before, but it started right after I updated to the latest version from 1.21 Running X-Plane 11.41 on Windows 10 I do suspect Auto Save Function in X-Pilot in conjunction with i.e. CLS library. 4:48:31.738 xPilot/XPMP2 DEBUG CSLModels.cpp:178/Load: Async load starting for __Bluebell_Airbus/A320_EZS from D:\X-Plane 11\Resources\plugins\xPilot\Resources\CSL\/BB_Airbus/A320/A320_EZS.obj 4:48:31.738 xPilot/XPMP2 DEBUG CSLModels.cpp:235/XPObjLoadedCB: Async load succeeded for __Bluebell_Airbus/A320_EZS from D:\X-Plane 11\Resources\plugins\xPilot\Resources\CSL\/BB_Airbus/A320/A320_EZS.obj 4:48:31.750 xPilot/XPMP2 DEBUG Aircraft.cpp:495/CreateInstances: Aircraft 0x0000EA: Instance created Saving situation file: AUTOSAVED_SITUATION Finished situation file save. Robert Shearman Jr Posted August 13, 2020 at 03:56 PM Posted August 13, 2020 at 03:56 PM Hi, Tom -- Your log does not indicate that xPilot caused this crash, FYI. --=={This application has crashed because of the plugin: AOS}==-- Cheers, -R. Justin Shannon Posted August 13, 2020 at 04:01 PM Posted August 13, 2020 at 04:01 PM Seems like there’s a handful of other people having crashes from AOS, too. https://forums.x-plane.org/index.php?/forums/topic/218280-this-application-has-crashed-because-of-the-plugin-aos-what-should-i-do/ Controller (C3), Los Angeles ARTCC Developer: xPilot, vATIS
Tom Knudsen Posted August 13, 2020 at 05:27 PM Author Posted August 13, 2020 at 05:27 PM Thank you both, that narrow it down quite a bit. Also a huge apology to the X-Pilot team, since it was the last entry in the log, naturally it was the blame to think. I will seek a solution with the SAM team 🙂 Controller 1 - VATSIM Scandinavia Asus ROG Maximus XI Formula - Intel i9-9900K - Asus ROG STRIX RTX 2080TI - G-Skill 64GB DDR4 3600Mhz - 1x 1TBSSD, 2x 1TM2, 12TBSATA
