Marco Peters Posted August 22, 2020 at 06:38 PM Posted August 22, 2020 at 06:38 PM I tried xpilot with a JBL560T bluetooth headset. without xpilot on, the sound in x-plane is fine. when turning x-pilot on, the sound in x-plane becomes really low (volume in xpilot is not set to low) and i can see xpilot is not picking up my headset properly, since microphone test tells me it's not picking up any sound. without x-plane on, i can see that the mic is picked up. any issues before with bluetooth headsets? BT Headset is a must, since with VR i don't like to have cabled headphones. cables enough already;-)
Marcus Rossband Posted August 29, 2020 at 01:51 PM Posted August 29, 2020 at 01:51 PM (edited) Hello everyone, I have a problem with XPilot. If I start the client without turning on my Bluetooth headset, e.g. No controller is online, XPilot handle my headset later when I switch it on, but I cannot speak or hear. So I have to restart the client in the middle of the flight. Can this be fixed? Marco Peters Posted September 6, 2020 at 09:31 AM Author Posted September 6, 2020 at 09:31 AM bump. Anybody? I am now using x-plane sound via Rift S speakers and that allows xpilot to work via BT headset. However, I would like to have both in my headset.
