Marc Sieffert Posted August 28, 2020 at 06:00 PM Posted August 28, 2020 at 06:00 PM Hi, I am using the latest X Pilot version and I am wondering if there is a quick way to change the frequencies to Unicom on Com1. Currently I enter the Unicom frequency manually in my plane which is sometimes when you are alone a bit difficult, is there a better way within X Pilot to do this? For example it would be great when opening the ATC frequency window to have always the Unicom frequency listed together with the active ATC frequencies... Marc Sieffert Posted August 28, 2020 at 10:45 PM Author Posted August 28, 2020 at 10:45 PM A bit long to enter as well... it would be better when opening the ATC frequency window to have always the Unicom frequency listed together with the active ATC frequencies... to be selected directly without any input... Robert Shearman Jr Posted August 29, 2020 at 05:34 PM Posted August 29, 2020 at 05:34 PM Tune it in your COM2, then switch to it using the radio selector in your cockpit or by typing ".com 2" (with a space between the M and the 2) into xPilot. Cheers, -R.
Christoph Reule Posted August 29, 2020 at 08:09 PM Posted August 29, 2020 at 08:09 PM @ Marc: I'm afraid there's currently no other way than to a) manually dial the frequency or b) use some dot commands. Or ask Justin whether he can implement your suggested solution.
