Invalid CID/Password

I got the message for Invalid CID/Password multiple times, even tho I copied and pasted the CID and password into the vPilot software, idk how to fix that and it is a little irritating because I'm trying to play VATSIM, I created my account around 4/5 hours ago.

Ethan, you have not completed the New Member Orientation course and quiz.  Your account remains inactive until those requirements are complete.

I did that, when will I be able to play on VATSIM?
