Hey guys/gals I just got a new router and I am having some problems with FS with my new router. Wide FS wont connect, I can't get FSinn to work, or ASRC... I know in my old router I had to go in and set it to allow some ports to be used for various flight simulator programs. Does anyone know what ports I need to allow be used, or it might be ip addresses.. I am not sure I for get... Thanks for your help

You can probably find it on their site. I don't use it, so I don't know it.

WideFS use port 8002 as default primary port.

Typical FS and WideFS are connected at same LAN network at a router, and the router firewall should not affect the router LAN data traffic.

I use D-Link 604 (same as 624) i do not open any ports for FS WideFS internee LAN connection.

However it is recommended to disable uPnP in routers (if available), to avoid potential problems.

Default WideFS search for all local IP-addresses, else you can configure for specific IP-address.

For me it sounds as you not have any connection at all, can you e.g. copy files between the computers ?

Use forum http://www.schiratti.com/dowson.html for FCUIPC/WideFs, as peter dawson are very helpfull.
