Is there any way to modify the frequency assigned to a VOR in the P3Dv4 data?

I have tried using a scenery editor but it must have a database generic for all VOR/NDB in the sim.  UNZ is in real life 115.80, but P3Dv4 has it as 115.30 which makes it hard to tune and cross an altitude based on DME.
