The old era of meters and QFE below TL in the western part of Russia is coming to the end on the 3rd of December.

If you want to hear 'descend to height 600 meters by QFE 985 on the Moscow civil aerodrome ATC frequency for the very last time - come join our event on Wednesday, December 2nd, 16-19z.
