I recommend searching in Add and Remove programs for AFV, and uninstall it fully. Then re-install it. **Edit** Sorry just noticed you mentioned you have never downloaded AFV before, which I find strange. The installer will check the registry to see if a newer version of AFV is installed, if it finds a registry entry for 'Audio for Vatsim', and the version value is greater than the one you are trying to install you will get this message displayed. Have you attempted to install AFV before this attempt? I still recommend doing as mentioned above.
