India vACC is seeking potential candidates for the following position India vACC Webmaster ACCIND6

Position Duties

·         Maintains vACC website and ensures all information is correct and updated.

·         Assist all departments on departmental content for the website eg. Polices, ATC Roster etc.

·         Ensures all data and information is met and protected under VATSIM GDPR and Division GDPR Policy.

·         Advises the vACC Director other staff members and membership of possible outages as required

·         Reports directly to vACC Director / Division Director /Deputy Division Director

 

Requirements and Essential Criteria

·               Having a good knowledge and understanding of WordPress, PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS and JavaScript.

·               Demonstrates good leadership, planning and managerial skills and is able to work within a team.

·               Is in good standing record with VATSIM.

·               Must be a member of VATSIM West Asia Division & India vACC or is willing to be transfer if selected.

·               Able to spend a minimum of 5 hours or greater on a weekly basis towards the vACC.

·               Maintains an online presence.

·               Ideal candidate will be able to commit to the position for a minimum of 1 year and hold a minimum of S1 rating or above.

·               Demonstrates a great knowledge and understanding of local policies and VATSIM Policies such as the Code of Conduct/Regulations/Privacy/Safeguarding Minors/GDPR.

·               Demonstrates good communication skills and has the ability to speak and write in English.

·               Previous experience in staff roles and managerial positions are considered as a bonus.

• India vACC Director / Division Director / Deputy Division Director
