Invalid CID/Password

Hello! I recently download vPilot to try and join the VATSIM community. It's been over 24 hours, and I've typed out my ID and Password correctly. I've tried finding other solutions such as joining the discord to get help, but it doesn't bring a redirect or link. There error code is always: 

[05:45:59] Network error: Invalid CID/password
[05:46:00] Disconnected from network.
[05:46:01] Error connecting to voice server: Connect failed (Forbidden - )

I just want to join, can anyone help?
Edit: I completed exams and now I get this error.
[18:58:24] Network error: CID/PID was suspended
[18:58:25] Connected to voice server.
[18:58:25] Disconnected from network.
[18:58:25] Disconnected from voice server.
