Gordon Mollins 0
I have just decided to fly on VATSIM using MSFS. I therefore downloaded the latest stable version of V Pilot. When I click the shortcut link or even the.exe folder to open V Pilot, I get a box in the middle of my screen saying 'The parameter is incorrect' V Pilot has been automatically installed in this location C:\Users\Myname\AppData\Local\vPilot Has anyone else came across this problem on initial installation and know how to resolve it? Ross Carlson 135
What messages do you have in the main vPilot window when this error pops up? Developer: vPilot, VRC, vSTARS, vERAM, VAT-Spy Senior Controller, Boston Virtual ARTCC
Gordon Mollins 0
Hi Ross. Problem now sorted. I still had the vPilot screen for download still open. I closed my browser and restarted my PC. I am now setting up vPilot. Thanks for your help
Ross Carlson 135
That must be a happy coincidence, since having the vPilot web site open could not cause that error message. Glad it's sorted out, anyway!
