My name is Zane Greenwald and I am the Vice Chief of Operations at the Virtual United States Navy. I am making this post to alert you of an upcoming organization wide deployment we have planned. During the months of February thru March of 2007, we are scheduled to be in your airspace. We are planning non-aggressive virtual military exercises. I would like to request your permission to fly at speeds greater than those defined below your transition level but will not break mach1 over land. We will always give wide birth to civilian traffic and never engage non-VUSN air, sea or land targets. We are also sensative that your area is "War Sensative" and will respect the no fly boundries. Our exercises will include humanitarian flights, search and rescue, formation flights and flights into unprepared airbases that we will place for our use only. We will have carrier ATC out at sea and a PAR controller at several unprepared VUSN only placed airbase scenery. Carrier Air Traffic Control (CATCC) communications with your controllers will require coordination and may require specific instructions or a letter of agreement between us. We will provide locations and more precise schedules as they become available and as we design our scenery and missions. I estimate that we will be in African Airspace from February 18 thru March 31, 2007. We at the VUSN look forward to flying in your country. Thank You

i wish you well with your exercise, but I would point out that this is not the forum to make this sort of request. You will need to contact the relevant Divisional/Regional Directors by e-mail to make the appropriate arrangements.
