Aaron Crawley 935316 Posted December 5, 2006 at 07:36 PM Posted December 5, 2006 at 07:36 PM Sorry to be writing this guys, but some pilots think that not leaving one's email address on the feedback that they leave isn't neccessary. Last night we (chicago) received pilot feedback [email protected] and left a preatty nasty little note. Just speaking for chicago (and I'm sure this may apply elsewhere on the network) the reason why we ask you for your CORRECT email is so that it keeps everybody both honest and if we need to investigate a concern, we can contact you for more info, not to harr[Mod - Happy Thoughts] you in anyway shape or form. The feedback system is there so that we can tweak things that aren't working the way they should be. If you have a personal tif with somebody then email that person. Please don't use our feedback forum as a means of "getting even." Aaron Crawley Zau's TA INS
Ingo Harders Posted December 5, 2006 at 08:47 PM Posted December 5, 2006 at 08:47 PM Aaron, Any email that originates from an "un-known" is also un-warranted, un-important and un-necessary. It should therefore be ignored. No need to get worked up about it. I would delete this sort of thing and forget about it. I flew out of KORD the other day. You guys are great.
