Shortly after registering for vatsim, I got suspended for being duplicate. Now that could be - frankly, I can't remember that I was registered previously, but then again, it's been 12 years. From my old reg, I remember nothing - not the mail address, nor the password, nothing. I guess, they matched it by name and birthday. I want to stay true to the suspension mails request "do not try to register again" - so, how can I get it sorted? Is there a way to remove my old account? The admin will find that it has indeed been inactive for over a decade. (I can only guess which mail address I used back then, and I definitely don't have the CID anymore to reset my password.)
